The riverbank is only yards from your cottage door and with walks and views for miles there is no need to even reach the main road.

Situated approximately 8 miles from the picturesque fishing village of Carradale, in the heart of Kintyre the cottage is also ideally placed to explore the Kintyre Peninsula and the surrounding Islands of Gigha, Islay, Jura and Arran.
Located in the west of Scotland, Kintyre is a long and narrow peninsula about 30 miles in length, with the Isle of Arran on its eastern side and the Isle of Gigha to its west.  Along it's coast line Kintyre is studded with small villages, prehistoric and Celtic archaeology, abundant wildlife, secret coves and exceptional beaches. Westport Beach is one of the top mainland beaches in Scotland for surfing while maintaining its unspoilt beauty.

Short breaks and week stays available. Out of season we can be flexible on start dates and length of stay.
