In the heart of city centre Caen, in the Quatrans area, come discover our region by staying in a unique studio apartment.
We made the bold decision to choose a theme for each apartment: Viking, reflecting our connection to the region; Shaman, reflecting our philosophy towards nature; and 50 Shades, a nod to the trilogy.

VIKING Studio—more than just a place to stay, come experience something special!

In this room, you’ll discover an authentic, cosy atmosphere with a view of the castle. The studio has been completely renovated and decorated with a Viking theme—a major figure in Normandy’s history.
You’ll have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and dishes, as well as a lounge area with a TV.
Because we want you to have a memorable stay, we can prepare a few surprises for you before your arrival: meal platters, bottles of wine, champagne, bouquets of flowers, rose petals on the bed, and more.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi.
Check-in is self-service via a key box system, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Upon booking, you will receive a message on the morning of your arrival containing all the information you need for a smooth stay, as well as the access codes.
The room is not suitable for children or infants; it is non-smoking, does not allow pets, and hosting parties or gatherings is prohibited.
