Geweldig. Gastvrij met grote letter G

De locatie is erg mooi. Er zijn meerdere huisjes los van elkaar staand op het terrein van een oud boerenbedrijf. Ons huisje was erg knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt + een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen en dat is een ontbijt dat grotendeels bestaat uit zelfgemaakte en streekgebonden producten. Heeeerlijk !! Er kan ook meegedaan worden aan het diner. Per dag wordt een menu vastgesteld op basis van goede en verse verkrijgbare producten. Wij hebben een diner gehad met een paar ‘starters’ en Bacelhao met verse groente etc. en pruimentaart toe. Om de vingers bij af te likken. Een passende wijn aanbevolen door gastheer Paolo, maakt het helemaal af. Ook de Port die hij schenkt is heerlijk. Paolo en Theresa en alle andere mensen die hen ondersteunen zijn allen even hartelijk. Thuiskomen op vakantie !! We zullen ons verblijf niet snel vergeten. Het was fijn. Dank Theresa en Paolo !!
