"Once parked, you don't need your car. Shops, marina, food & dining, water, fishing, walking paths, tourist info centre etc all in easy walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Bed and lounge were comfy, shower was great and there was a lovely, roomy balcony. Only minor problem was the early setting up (dragging chairs) cafe below and traffic- if you enjoy a sleep in, you won't get one, but who wants to sleep late when there's so many great things to do. "

"We had 3 nights here as as base for the Tomaree Cpastal Walk. Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. It's looking a bit old but it was clean and had a small kitchenette with sufficient equipment for our stay. A few minutes drive to Shoal Bay itself. Had some cheeky feathered visitors in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very expensive for the type of accomodation. Had to stay there because of a wedding we attended at that venue. Was told we had to stay two nights which was apparently untrue as we met people who had only booked in for one. Felt we were taken for a ride"

"Michelle obviously loves her job. The motel isn’t posh, but is excellent value for money, very comfortable with speedy wifi in a quiet, picturesque location. The pelicans at the end of the street are a bonus. This is my second time here and I’ll be back."

"Hotel is in a great location, across from the water, with great pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and the bed was very comfortable, but the lounge area was not as inviting. The bathrooms and rooms are a little aged. Was expecting a little more modern for the price and brand."

"The size and clarity of the TV was great. The only complaint was the quality of the toilet paper."
