"Great location and the room was a good size with a kitchenette. The bathroom was dated and in need of an update but in saying that it was a reasonable size and the water pressure for the shower was good. The owners were great and helped ensure that our stay was a pleasant one."
"The natural habitat of the gardens is wonderful and seeing so much fauna. The pool really needs refreshing and i understand it was during covid, but the hotel bar was shut by 9.00pm on a Saturday when the resort was full."

"Views were great, close to highway and service was good. Also a bar and basic restaurant was also good. Internet was broken so that was annoying and place in general looked a little "tired" and things like the games room were non existent."

"I like everything about this property, short drive to everything and the room is spacious"
A verified traveller stayed at Coastal Bay Motel Coffs Harbour
"This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in a room with an ensuite which was so beautiful and modern. The staff were so helpful and kind including the cleaners. The only fault was it doesn’t have a lift and being disabled I had to use the stairs with the help of the wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
