Close to everything we needed and the pool was a great addition for a quick dip after a long day in the sun at the stadium. Would stay here again :)"

"Overall, very pleasant. The house had all we needed and was comfortable. Only issue was our small dog managed to squeeze through the side fence a number of times. The pool fencing was spaced a bit far apart, otherwise we need a bigger dog."

"A well positioned property with great views only 15min walk to the centre of Bellingen. Great shops and restaurants/cafes. Also close to Dorrigo, the walk in the rainforest was spectacular. The property had everything, well stocked, great wood burner fire and even a coffee pod machine!! We would definitely stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Well located just a few minutes walk from the Sawtell Main Street which has a lovely laid back vibe. Coming from the far south of Australia, we would have appreciated the option of air-con, but soon acclimatised & got the hang of airflow & ceiling fans."

"It's a bit hard to review Never Never Cottage without mentioning the heavy rains and minor flooding we experienced. Nick was great and always responded promptly to our emails. In particular he provided us with a link to the camera network provided by the local council which enabled us to check when the bridge into town (Bellingen) was open (it was closed due to the minor flooding). Would love to come back!"

"House was well appointed. Pool was great. Location was great (short walk to RSL, restaurants etc). Cons were neighbours barking dog keeping us awake at night (not really what you want on a holiday) and lack of heaters for the cold nights (the AC did not work)."

"Probably my favourite stay ive had away from home. The area was amazing, tucked away but not too far from the hustle of the city. The house was beautifully modern, clean and equipped with everything our family needed to have a wonderful time. 10/10 unforgettable experience would definitely stay here again."

"On arrival to the property at 2pm check in time we had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning , Then for the plumber to fix the broken kitchen tap that was reported by cleaners,once we got inside we noticed the main bedroom king size bed was broken it was caved in that much that was impossible to sleep in,after that we found out that there was no hot water,so had to wait for electrician to come and sort that out,In the morning went to cook breakfast and cook top was not working also had...

"We booked, based on dates for family reunion. Dates changed, but owner could not grasp that booking was for 2023, not 2022. He declined to change, so cousin booked necessary dates and we shared the house. Owner was most amenable to this. My family had stayed in this house, several times, when my sister and I were young. We had loved it. Improvements to the house are wonderful - ensuite bathroom, internal toilets! In our day, there was an outdoor dunny! The house is a beautiful, Queenslander...

"The staff was all wonderful and they even offered a free breakfast if you registered to their site, which was an unexpected added perk, especially because it was a great selection! We loved the pool and the putt putt golf! Would definitely stay here again:)"
