Nice place, good price
The amenities are (as other reviewers note) fairly basic, but it is clean and comfortable, and the apartments themselves are pretty neat. We stayed for almost ten days. We had two issues during this period. First, the water kettle short-circuited the electricity, and since the circuit wasn't working, we had to move to another apartment (fortunately there was one available). In the new apartment, a few days later, there were a leak of some kind in the kitchen sink. This was promptly repaired. We used the kitchen every day to cook dinner. We had no problems cooking ever rather elaborate dishes on the equipment provided (although for two people: cooking for a whole family would be harder). Overall, we were surprised at how present and helpful the reception desk and the staff were. We would certainly recommend this place, especially for the good price.

Nice place, nice owners, old building, sometimes neighbors are heard, very clean, fridge. TV was a bit hard to turn on. No AC. Location is great in the heart of the old town. Modern shower despite the old apartment. In general good place to stay unless you're sensitive to neighbors noise.

Location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of old town. Easy walking distance to all amenities, pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc. Apartment was very clean, but very dated and worn out. To be fair, I think there are some modern apartments available, maybe this one is slated next. Hotel staff very professional. Thanks very much, Keith and Leah Calgary, Canada

Thought I booked an Apartment but it’s two beds room, with plates and cups but not kitchen at all. The most awful thing is, can not believe that there is bad smell from the bathroom constantly. Disgusting!

Nice apartment near city center.
Nice apartment style hotel near Brno city center. It was very convenient for the Christmas markets.
