Step into a home that feels like a story — a thoughtfully styled two-level retreat where every corner hums with character and warmth.

Our home in Macgregor suits families and professionals alike — with generous space to unwind after work and easy access to local hubs. Just minutes from Sunnybank’s vibrant dining scene, 15min drive to BNE CBD and major business districts, it’s an ideal stay for both leisure and work.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
