No check in whatsoever. No one in reception. You will get a VERY CONFUSING email with a code for you to go into your room. This is a hostel with shared bathrooms and toilets, not a family hotel. Don’t make the same mistake we did if you’re coming here with a family.

I am a blue customer of Expedia and have many experiences with HotelF1. Last year it was a good choice but in all my reservations i saw that the room is not clean. The mattress and the blanket had always dirty stain. I am not going to reserve nothing with this hotel. Another problem; They didn't send me the reservation code and the automated machine could not approve my codes. Because they didn't provide me the proforma invoice. So, i stayed out more than one hour, i called the property with the numbers on the reservation ans called the Expedia people but no one responded. Finally at 17:20 p.m arrived the reseption person and finally after one hour I could able to do a check in. Even she was agree that the reservation code didn't exist for me. As a blue client of Expedis I didn't expect this.

Nous y avons très bien dormi. La chambre et les draps étaient très propres. Les toilettes et la douche à l' étage aussi. Nous étions très contents. Le service était également très bien. Les chambres, toilettes et douches ont été bien rénovées.

Arrivé dans ma chambre, le lit était 4 pieds sur une planche de contreplaqué avec matelas très mince salle pas de plaintes et des trous avec au réveil, une surprise des bêtes dans mon lit punaises ou cafards. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre de photo, ça vous aurait donné une meilleure idée. après mettre plainte auprès du personnel, on va changer de chambre, le lendemain qui elle était dans un état un peu plus correct et on m’a proposé de me rembourser la première nuitée. pas de papier dans les toilettes sales, on ne peut pas faire du rentre dans du vieux. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
