Très agréable petit séjour de 2 nuits, cadre tranquille, personnel très sympa et accueillant. On ne savait pas que encore dès animations, mais vraiment contents et nous reviendrons sans soucis !

GROSSE DECEPTION SERVICE ACCUEIL
La localisation est trés jolie, restaurant agréable et les repas sont bon MAIS l'ACCUEIL(reception) des personnes vraiment trés désagréables. Il y avait marqué sur notre réservation qu'il y avait des serviettes comprises dans les logements. Rien à notre arrivé, nous en avons donc demandé. La personne de l'accueil trés désagréable et hautaine nous a répondu. Vous n'aurez pas de serviettes, c'est une erreur du site et je ne vais pas vous donner les serviettes des autres car j'ai 700 personnes qui arrivent aujourd'hui!! De plus, vous ne devriez pas etre là car c'est une erreur nous ne réservons pas de week end en ce moment. Je n'ai jamais vu une réceptionniste aussi désagréable et peu arrangeante! Reflexion pour se sentir bien mal à l'aise. De plus, le ménage à l'arrivée n'était pas fait, notre logement était envahie de fourmis... et malgré ça ils n'ont pas hésité à nous obliger de faire le ménage en partant sinon nous serions facturés 65 euros. Nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir fait les frais d'un tel accueil déplorable de la réception. Une personne agée à coté de nous, a demandé un changement de logement car il était exposé au soleil et il était trés difficile pour eux vu leur age... Mais rien à faire, ils ne les ont même pas écouté, ils leur ont dit c'est votre gout! Alors qu'ils auraient pu les reloger le lendemain dans notre logement puisque nous partions... SENS DU SERVICE : 00 .

Presque très bien
Ce village vacances est très bien situé et très agréable pour les activités. Les logements sont agréables mais il manque un peu d'équipements. Le Wifi n'est disponible qu'à l'accueil et au bar, et il faut penser à amener les produits et linge de toilette, ainsi que les produits d'entretien. Avec ces petits plus, nous mettrions 5 étoiles
