Beautiful home with plenty of space

This property and listing was perfect for our men's retreat weekend getaway. We gathered together and enjoyed being able to spread out in the spacious home. It was very close to a local park with a pool, basketball court, and open field. We also enjoyed grilling on the patio and using the fire-pit to roast s'mores in the evening. The driveway had plenty of parking. The pool on the property was unusable but the backyard was perfect for us to play football and have outdoor activities. We definitely recommend and would book again.

Very Disappointing

We rented this property for a family get together for Thanksgiving. We were very disappointed with the rental. The pictures online show a pristine home, this was far from what we found. As we pulled up to the home there was trash and a large cardboard weathered box in the yard. The front doorway was very dirty. As you entered the home you could tell that it was a beautiful home. As we made our way around the home we kept finding more and more problems. The fireplace does not work, the cupboards were dirty, the upstairs rug in the master bedroom was very, very stained, there was blood on one bathroom wall and feces on another. The closet doors were broken and off the tracks, the lamps were broken in the back bedroom, the vents were filthy. In the master bedroom there was long black hair in the sheets and no new sheets to change the bedding. The tubs did not work. The home was not ready to be rented. We were very disappointed. I have many pictures of the problems. I have been a vacation rental user for more than 10 years and I have never encountered such a disappointing home rental. This is a beautiful house and we were excited to stay there. I contacted the owner and he did say he would send his cleaner over at 10 am Thanksgiving morning, however our family was already there with nowhere to go and a dinner to cook. The owner also offered me a refund today for 60% of the cleaning fee if I gave a 5 star review. I do not feel that is fair or acting in good faith, other renters need to know about the cleanliness of this home.

We were prepping for a formal, and this was THE place to do it. It was spacious, comfy, and just the perfect getaway for our weekend
