So you'll be close to the cafes, bars, the theatre, Clubs of Marlborough, a supermarket and restaurants. The river walkway starts just 10-minutes walk away. The nearby Marlborough vineyards are a short 5 to 10-minute drive away or for the annual food and wine festival. The Marlborough farmers market (held on a Sunday) is also less than a 4-minute drive away.
