Right next to ferry port

Proximity to the port excellent. Not well signposted. Keys have to be picked up in bar, confusing. Hotel is clean but very hollow in sound and not soundproof in rooms. A dog was in hotel which barked all night and a crying child , doris banged and all footsteps can be heard. Hardly slept a wink. Nowhere to buy coffee and bar was closed so no breakfast. No fans or air con. Shame it could be good only 5 mins to ferry.

Close to ferry.

It is very close to the ferry which was convenient for the morning but there is no parking at the hotel and public parking nearby was very busy. Check in was at a restaurant/bar below the hotel. We were told the restaurant closed at 9pm and they were shut tomorrow for a holiday so no breakfast was available. The room was basic. Maybe all this would be ok in a two star hotel if the price was two star. For the rest of our trip we had mainly stayed in Paradors where the rate with breakfast was little more than the room rate here. We will not be returning.

quaintest hotel & location

Quaint hotel, perfect location for ferry port which was literally 5 mins away Check in was in restaurant below which was ok Room was very clean & comfortable but could do with tea/coffee making facilities as bar below closed at 9pm
