Great place with a view that can't be beat!

We loved the unobstructive view of the sunrises and sunsets. The condo was in a great location. The only downside was the parking space, which was very tight due to a jutting curb and lockers. We were lucky that there was not a car parked next to us, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the view of the beach. However We would not stay there again unless the carpets are replaced in both bedrooms black spots on them. Also guest bathroom was dripping and toilet kept running.

Edgewater at Sea Colony

Sea Colony is a great place for families - multiple activities for all. The ocean obviously, but access to the pools and the quick check in/out are also a plus. The many options for condo configurations can accommodate families, individuals, young, and not so young. Our unit had a sofa bed which allowed the grandkids to spend a night or two while their parents got some alone time. Entertainment and activities were family friendly. We all love the tram! It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location, clean and as advertised

We were so satisfied with our unit, and we will come back! It’s part of the Sea Colony Complex, which is outstanding. Vacasa took care of all questions and concerns quickly. It was a smooth stay! The main bathroom has an exhaust fan that comes on when the light is turned on( one switch only), and the exhaust fan in the secondary bathroom doesn't work. That’s it- and that’s not really a big deal. Sea Colony had contractors resurfacing the area under us, and that woke us at 8:00 am every day. That’s annoying but nothing can be done about that. The gyms, pools, sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts were perfect for fitness!

Good, bad and ugly!

Everything worked, great view and clean. That’s the good part. The bad and the ugly are the DISGUSTING BEDROOM CARPETS AND MATTRESS COVER. We laid towels on the carpet as I could not stand to walk on them! The mattress cover we did not see until we stripped the bed as instructed!Surely housekeeping would have noticed the mattress cover at the very least. I have pictures but was not able to attach them. These things really tainted our whole experience and our memory.

901C - needs lots work

The living room furniture is ready for the dump. The bathrooms need an overhaul. The fan does not work in one bathroom. This bathroom has water damage or mold. The other bathroom has no stopper in the sink and some other tenant lost a tooth paste cap in the drain. One of the dining room chairs with an arm has a detached arm. All the louvre doors have dust as well as the wiring fan. The kitchen and laundry room are fine. The second bedroom bed needs replacing of the mattress.the AC works great. The view is great. The construction noise is so loud you can’t hear the ocean during the.

I read a lot of the comments and the homeowner cant do much about the parking a lot of parking for sea colony on the beach side is narrow. The homeowner supplied the place with everything you would need as far as kitchen supplies. I would recommend a stay here especially if you have a small car. You do need to stop at gate to find your parking spot is not like the others there is no 901s parking spot like their would be in Chesapeake

Beautiful condo, fabulous view!

The condo was very clean, very spacious for two couples, and the view was amazing. It was well stocked with paper products, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The furniture was very comfortable, and we had a great time. Just a heads up, though - the assigned parking space is pretty tight. There is a wall of cabinets on one side, another car very close to you on the other side, and - when we were there, anyway - there was some construction equipment stored in the end of the space. We couldn't open some of our car doors, and the back end of the car was sticking out of the space by a couple of feet. We managed, but anything bigger than a Subaru Outback might be another story!

Thoughtful and convenient amenities

This is the first rental property at sea colony where we have had plenty of (good) toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. We usually have to make an emergency run to CVS to stock up. In addition, this condo was very nice, the kitchen was modern and both bathrooms were very elegant. Will definitely stay there again!

Ideal vacation spot

You cannot beat the location. With direct ocean views, large balcony, and comfortable space, the condo is excellent. It is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, and the Sea Colony amenities are excellent. Covid protocols are excellent and everyone is supportive of them.
