There was very strong smell of indian cooking through out the whole house. Power recliner in the living room was missing its power cord, so couldnt use it. Dishes were dirty and not in good condition. The pots and pans were so badly burned that I did not feel safe using them to cook with. There were two dead mice in the water heater closet which we had to reach out to the manager about. They came and removed them, but there was still a heavy presence of dead animal in the laundry room that never went away. When we asked them if they could do something about the indian cooking smell, we were ignored. The master bathroom door knob fell off at one point because it was improperly installed. I asked the man who got the dead mice if he could look at it and he put a very large screw in it that did not fit. This resulted in me locking the door while using the restroom and I got locked into the bathroom because that screw must have done something to the locking mechanism. Over all, I do not reccomend this place. There was no compesation offered for the incoveniences and at one point we had a concerning looking man drive by the house while it was being worked on. I am guessing the owner. He slowed way down to stare at us uncomfortably. My wife asked if she could help him with something and he sped off real quick. Then, I watched him turn around down the street and stop to talk to the maintenance guy and he left again. It was a good area, but a neglected house. Do not reccomend
