excellent holiday location

we really enjoy our 2 week stay.We were welcomed by Peter and his wife who are excellent hosts. Peter speaks very good English,was welcomed as a friend,anything you need to know peter is at hand. Came to see our son who is stationed at Bielefeld which is about 20 min's drive away. The loft is clean and spacious and found it was ideal. will be returning again.If you are travelling from the uk to visit friends and relative's around the area it is ideal place to stay.

Schöne Fewo

Die Fewo ist sehr groß und hat eigentlich alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen aber sehr ruihg. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Einzig die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war am Anfang etwas schwirig, da die angegebene Nummer falsch war und auf Nachrichten über die Website nicht reagiert wurde. Wir haben dann aber eine Nummer auf Google gefunden :) Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Opzich redelijk. Al het nodige is daar, maar onderhoud noodzakelijk. Door grote raampartij is alleen de slaapkamer donker. Geen bruikbare airco, dus bloedheet als de zon op het glas staat. donker

Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand

Die Fotos stimmen nicht mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten der online Seite überein. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Beispiele: Der Parkettboden ist teilweise schadhaft. Die Fenster sind teilweise undicht, etc. Die Küchenausstattung reicht teilweise nicht einmal für 4 Personen.

Urlaub

Leider war es aufgrund des schlechten Wetters sehr laut. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Das Kinderzimmer war unten bei der Haustür. Das große Bett stand oben... Morgens beim Tür öffnen wurde unsere Tochter vom Hund angeknurrt. Auch wenn es kein großer Gund war, wenn man keine Erfahrung mit Hund hat ist das nicht schön.

Gemütliches Wochenende

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Oeynhausen und haben im Loft übernachtet. Das Loft bietet alles was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Die Lage des Objektes ist gut,1 Kilometer zum Bäcker und 2,5 Kilometer in die Stadt. Gleichzeitig bietet die Gegend eine Vielzahl an Wandermöglichkeiten! Unser Highlight des Loftes war das Panoramafenster im Schlafzimmer, durch welches man einen Überblick über die gesamte Stadt hat.

Außergewöhnliche und sehr helle Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig und hell. Und daher ein sehr ausserordentlicher Ort. Leider ist die Küche Zeile wenn man kochen will nicht wirklich nutzbar und Renovierungs bedürftig . lichtempfindliche Schläfer benötigen eine Schlafbrille. Ansonsten netter Vermieter und eine schöne Umgebung

War ein toller Aufenthalt

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett, lassen einen komplett in Ruhe und sind auch Rücksichtsvoll gegenüber leichter Verspätung beim Auschecken. Tolles Anwesen und sehr interessante Loft-/ Maisonettewohnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Es war rundum schön!

Sehr netter Vermieter (mit nettem Hund). Die Wohnung war wunderbar warm und komfortabel, so dass wir es auch ganztags tagelang gut aushalten konnten, da das Wetter außerhäusige Unternehmungen nicht zuließ. Allerdings ist die FeWo nicht auf Teetrinker eingestellt.

Wir waren zufrieden!

Es war sehr nett. Schöne Wohnung, alles Wichtige war da, allerdings fehlt ein 5. Bett. Hier könnte man noch ein weiteres Bett ins Dachgeschoss stellen. So musste einer von uns auf der Isomatte schlafen, was bei einer 5 Personen Wohnung eigentlich nicht in Ordnung ist. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Viel Platz und Raum in einem architektonisch interessanten Objekt!

Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Hunden waren wir beim Vermieter willkommen. Das Objekt ist architektonisch sehr interessant. Der Begriff Loft stimmt zu einhundert Prozent. Jetzt kommt unser Aber. Von der Beschreibung her, haben wir mehr erwartet. Es schien so, dass mit Begeisterung das Loft eingerichtet und dann abrupt aufgehört wurde. Sehr einfache, billige, kleine Lampen dienten als Beleuchtung. Der Wohnzimmerbereich konnte gar nicht ausgeleuchtet werden. Das Mobiliar reichte von sehr gut (Bett) bis hin zu spartanisch. Gartenstühle standen als Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Das bequeme Doppelbett hatte zwar einen grandiosen Ausblick durch die großen Glasfenster, allerdings stand es doch recht unglücklich, da - bedingt durch die Dachschräge - der Einstieg ins Bett nur gebückt erfolgen konnte. Im Vergleich zur Größe des Wohnzimmers war der Fernseher extrem klein. Er konnte auch nicht nah genug an die Couch gestellt werden. Die Küche verfügte über das Allernotwendigste. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Mikrowelle. Der Stehtisch (Arbeitsplatte mit 4 Beinen) wurde als Ablage benutzt. Eine Selbstverpflegung im Loft wäre aufgrund der extrem einfachen Ausstattung der Küche nicht möglich gewesen. Das zweite Bett war eigentlich nur ein Tagesbett. Auf dem Rolllattenrost lag lediglich ein sogenannter "Topper", also keine echte Matratze, sondern eine etwas dickere Auflage. Da wir jedoch auf 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten angewiesen waren, hatte einer von uns 3 schlechte Nächte. Der Kleiderschrank war recht klein, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht groß genug. Eine Garderobe war nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt überzeugte das Loft ausschließlich durch seine Größe, dem Platzangebot und der Architektur. Möbel und Einrichtung waren zusammengewürfelt und eher zweckmäßig. Nichts desto trotz haben wir uns mit unseren vier Hunden wohlgefühlt, weil wir uns schön ausbreiten konnten.

sehr netter Aufenthalt

Wir haben in dem Loft eine sehr schöne Nacht verbracht. Es war dort sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es eine gute Grundausstattung zum Kochen. Das Bett war bequem und sehr romantisch mit dem Blick nach draußen auf die Tannen. Der Vermieter war leicht zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft!! Sehr netter Vermieter!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und schick. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es besteht eine gute Parkmöglichkeit . Der Garten ist traumhaft..Die Stadt mit ihrer einzigartigen Landschaft ist sehr zu empfehlen.Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind gut vorhanden. Der Kurpark mit seiner Anlage ist sehr sehenswert. Wir bedanken uns für den freundlichen Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers und wünschen allen Urlaubern noch eine schöne Zeit!
