New Listing LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Privately owned 3-bedroom/4 bathroom condo that sleeps 10 in Market Square building in the HEART of Beaver Creek Village. Private balcony OVERLOOKING THE ICE RINK! You cant get a better location!

Be in the center of all the action! Just an elevator ride to all the shops, 15+restaurants, ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and Vilar Center of the Performing Arts. A+++ location in the center of it all. Perfect for kids/family, 1 min walk to ski school. You cant get a better location!

I also have a 4 bdrm penthouse (sleeps 12) and two additional 2-bdrms (sleeps 6 each) in the same Market Square building if you need more space and have a larger group. Can sleep up to 34 people between 4 units. Be sure to ask me.

Note condo was recently updated and repainted.

"Best vacation EVER!" Holmes family kids

Everything was as advertised! Condo was extremely nice, check in was a breeze, and location was incredible as it was in the MIDDLE of the village with access to everything! Watched skaters on the ice rink, carnival acts, and fireworks from our balcony!

Magnificent

We found everything we were looking for, property manager was extremely nice and on top of our requirments. Mattress needs to be change for sure, all the rest was perfect. The place to be as a Family for a Winter Holiday.

LOVED this Location

Renting this property was very easy, everything went very well. My kiddos loved the piano, it was a nice surprise, & pass time, when we weren’t outside skiing. Loved the condo! We will return to that same condo! Can’t wait to go back!!
