🌬 Cooling In Summer & Airflow Due to the way the building has been constructed, there is no air conditioning in the apartment.
However: Lift open the windows (for safety purposes they do not fully open) and you will get a nice little breeze flowing through the apartment. The Level 8 position allows good natural airflow, the harbour breezes help create a natural draft, but if that is not enough, there are fans in the apartment to help encourage the airflow.
Most guests do find the natural ventilation effective.
Heaters also provided for use when temperature is low
Guests have full private use of the entire studio, there is restricted access to both the car park and the building itself for security reasons along with an elevator to the level 8 apartment.
While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.
