Close to downtown, comfy bed

Conveniently walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants in midtown. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the apartment was accurate with the photos, the place could use a deep cleaning though.

Clean, easy, and very nice!

The host’s communication was really great overall! They sent a video of how exactly to find the location and it was very helpful. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, it was great to just unwind after a long flight. I didn’t have to do anything on the way out, no stripping the bedsheets or any of that- that was greatly appreciated when staying in a rental like this. Overall honestly I would totally stay here again!

Great Place, Excellent Property Manager

This apartment was really great. Very clean, very organized, spacious, and very easy to find. Both the checking in and checking out process was very simple. But more importantly, Hanif was excellent! Really personable, very informative, and extremely fast in responding to any questions. Having someone as professional and friendly as he is as the Property Manager is a rare find, and I would VERY happily stay here again next year if this listing appears again. This apartment gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, but Hanif gets 6 stars! Two thumbs up, all the way!

Not for us

Unfortunately we ran into a few things that were out of the owners control.The hall smelled, the outside noise of the street, loud music played by a different tenant until 1:30am and the lights from the street.The bedrooms blinds did not function correctly and had to be manually closed and did not block any light, the toilet was dirty, the door for the laundry was off the track, the tub was caulked all the way around sloppily, the soap dish appeared broken off and caulked back in. The caulk gun was lying in the kitchen cabinet. The bed was not that comfy.The owner was very responsive however we decided to leave after the first night.
