Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, the Bonlieu theatre, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover a renovated duplex apartment with the charm of the old, exposed beams and beautiful height under ceiling. The apartment is located Rue Sainte Claire which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen), the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm (Single), a cot is provided as well as a high chair.
Equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, linen will be provided for your stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi access. Mobile air conditioning and fans available.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Attention, the apartment is duplex with a narrow staircase, it is not recommended for people with disabilities.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Lovely place with incredible location
The property was awesome for our two week stay in Annecy. Fresh food market right on the front doorstep, bakery right beside the front doorstep and amazing butcher 3 doors up. Location was also prime for lunch time walks by the lake, and walking to hikes or bike/car rentals for additional adventures. Absolutely loved our time.

On aime : La proximité plus qu'immédiate avec le centre historique d'Annecy. Le style fusion moderne et ancien La cuisine Les attentions pour le CHAUD dans l'appartement L'accueil Le salon que notre fils a adoré exploré (10mois) Le Duplex, coin dodo coin yoyo La salle de bain pour papa, maman et bébé. La tête de cochon pour y manger agréablement On n'aime pas : Les toilettes du bas HS, en haut c'est du sani-broyeur qui fait un bruit monstre et fait trembler le sol Le tout qui grince, on n'y peut rien mais c'est vraiment chaud de marcher sur des œufs pour ne pas réveiller bébé Le CHAUD de l'appartement, bizarrement la température monte très vite dans le salon Les multiprises en série, déformation professionnelle. Ce qui ne nous à pas gêné : L'escalier en colimaçon, certe bruyant mais j'ai assuré avec mon fils dans les bras ça passe. La proximité immédiate du cœur de ville avec troubadours à la fenêtre et marché tous les deux jours (au contraire on adore les rues vivantes) Pour conclure, on y reviendra car on a aimé la ville et aimé y vivre là où on l'a vécu.
