Walking distance to the community pier and beach, where you can enjoy the sunset and then head on over to our community shopping center, where you have 20+ stores and restaurants to choose from! Backyard is spacious and perfect for entertaining! 8 mi. to the Naval Academy in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Owner is a Naval Academy grad. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (king + 2 twin), sleeper sofa. Upstairs: queen, crib, bunk

Beautiful Cozy Cabin Vibe
If your looking for a quiet shore home nestled in a woodsy community, look no further! Simple yet sleek modern farmhouse decor. This place was absolutely PERFECT for our family!! It had everything that we needed for the little ones (ages 4 and 5) down to the puzzles, toys, and white noise machine (ahhhh amazing).

The house was just as nice as the pictures. The backyard was better than expected! Fire pit, a shed that housed a blow up pool, a slip n slide, a preschool aged climbing gym…and all that was just the main level! The top level has a really nice deck..we grilled and enjoyed some great fun just hanging out with the pretty lights. The owners were incredibly communicative when needed and provided us all the mom with young kid amenities- had I known they would be there, it would have saved us from bringing all of it (pack n play, sound machines, diaper pail and wipes), plus there was a changing table and crib, high chair, and lots of kids books and some toys! It’s really so conveniently located; it may not be a beach front view, but we could easily drive to one, and there is a strip mall super close by that has everything you need, a grocery store which sells a great amount of diverse fruits and veggies, and where I found really hard to find crumpets! I stocked up a cooler with those to hold me till the next trip! ;) The restaurants in that strip are all good, plus two nail salons, a Dunkin’ Donuts, a Rita’s Ice! And even a hardware store. We were able to drive to downtown Annapolis in 15 mins and do the super touristy thing (naval academy, the maritime museum, and ALL the restaurants), and 15 mins the other direction there is a mega shopping area (which we opted out of because the best part of this trip was the private beach access —it was absolutely perfect and there was a big playground and even cornhole setup). I fell in love with this area and now dreaming of the possibility of moving down there. For now, we will just come back for our next vacation!
