Close to Everything!

We found the close proximity to every shopping and food option a huge benefit. Having the 2 car garage was great and ample street parking was a bonus. The property was clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this for your next get away.

Good location

The townhouse itself was nice and in a great location. The cleanliness was lacking and there wasn’t enough glasses or spoons. They verified the number of people but didn’t make sure to stock properly. Management responded to my issues by text but took most of the day before someone came out to clean.

Good place, but broken dirty, and difficult host

The actual home was nice. There are a LOT of stairs. It all started with the host contacting saying they needed more time to clean so we could bot check in on time. No biggy rather have a clean place. I completely understood as I clean rentals as well. We went out with family and just arrived late at night. Sent everyone to bed. The counters were not clean in the kitchen and the mirrors looked gross. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. I just cleaned them and let to host know. We also found the couch broken, a fire alarm hanging from the ceiling, broken chair, broken things in the bathroom, door knobs not to mention the normal bumps and scratches. I felt very uneasy so I took pictures and sent them to the host. Got in the shower and there were little hairs all over. At this point the host offered a discount. Which we accepted because we planned to be there the whole week and it was more trouble to find a new place during a stormy weekend during spring break. We get to the end of the week and ask for check out instructions during appropriate hours and we did not receive them until after we had left the next day. We also contacted vrbo and they could not get an answer from the host. Then was charged full price. The place has good potential but the stress of getting charged for already broken things and questioning what else was dirty made for a very unenjoyable week.
