This beautiful home offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and is recommended for a capacity of 4 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 5 people in an additional bedroom that is accessed through the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, which also serves as an office. With a total space of 220 m² and fully furnished, this house provides you with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
From the moment you enter, you will be captivated by the stunning sea views offered by the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and semi-independent, while the spacious dining room is connected to the living room, which features a huge and comfortable corner sofa. There is also a large terrace with several seating areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals. For safety reasons, barbecues are not allowed in the property.
The private and heated swimming pool is located on the terrace (accessible through some stairs) and has two sun loungers. The hours of sun on the pool terrace may vary depending on the time of year. We ask that you respect the rest of the direct neighbors and do not swim after 21:00 or before 10:00. The pool rules are clearly indicated on the sign next to the access door.
