Excellent Home to Stay At

Had the opportunity to stay at this property. Communication and directions were great. Home was warm and welcoming. We were able to bring our dog too. Plenty of extra towels, linen, rollaway bed, coffee and more. Pick this location when you are in Camarillo.

Property is very clean. Kitchen has every appliance. Giant bathroom. Fantastic pools, weight room, even pool table and arcade games. Very short drive to downtown and otherwise a very convenient and safe location. Easily the best property I have stayed at.

Very clean and quiet place to unwind after a busy day

I came to visit my son and we had a couple of really good days here. The apartment complex felt very safe and the garage was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean and the building was very quiet. The beds were comfortable which was very nice as we were busy during the days and slept well here. I would definitely stay here again if/when I am back in the area. The host communicated very quickly with any questions I had and was very polite.

It was only a one night stay for a marathon held in Ventura. There was a bit of a mix up with a parking but the property host was great at communicating and resolving the issue quickly. The property was clean and in a safe, gated community. We recommend!

Mother /Daughter trip

My daughter and I went to Camarillo to visit with her brother's - my son's family. This apartment was just as advertised and quite adequate to accommodate the two of us. Very clean and the MOST COMFORTABLE beds and pillows I have ever had in a VRBO rental. That is saying a lot, as I am a self-professed pillow snob. Will definitely look for this listing in the future!

Amazing comfortable place

The kitchen had everything and keurig had coffee pods, hot chocolate packets. Beds were comfortable. This property had playpen, stroller, other items for baby (we do not have baby) nice touch. Also the kitchen had plastic dishes for kids(nice touch). The living room decor and furniture was so much nicer than this picture shows. Bathroom had towels, soaps, lotion and blow dryer. This was a great stay and next time I am visiting Camarillo this will be the place I choose! Thank you for a great getaway!!!

Comfy experience

The apartment was very cozy and had all the essentials and more with including a playpen, stroller, extra blankets, etc. Its gated and the location is perfect in Camarillo, near the freeway. We stayed out there to visit our family and friends and the property manager made it very comfortable for us. The one thing I wish was the shower head to have better water pressure but I understand that it may not be something that could have been resolved while there. Overall, great experience and would love to stay here again!! :)

Great Condo in the Camarillo Area!

I had a friend staying in the area for a few days and wanted a place that was nearby that was also comfortable and clean; this place definitely ticked all of the boxes and was more than great if there is such a thing. This condo is very conveniently located if you are in the Ventura County area and is very comfortable for up to 4 persons. There is only one bathroom, however, but none the less, if you are staying a short period or a longer period, this place would serve the role quite well. There is a small garage although, if you have a larger car, it can be difficult to get in and out of, but not impossible and not a deal breaker for sure. I would definitely use this place again when relatives or friends are in town as opposed to the normal hotel environment. Check-in and Check-out were the easiest of any VRBO place I've ever used in the past. Thanks again.

Our stay was overall pretty good. The checkin process was very easy, the location is exactly what we wanted, and the apartment generally was pretty clean. We had a couple issues, as the one of the bed sheets did not appear to be washed prior to our arrival but the host responds quickly and brought over clean sheets. Also, we booked this property because we had a another guest that was on the fence about coming, and didn’t end up coming thankfully because the pull-out couch that was going to be their bed WAS ADVERTISED had a note on it that said it was broken. Had the other guest ended up coming, they would have had no where to sleep and I was not informed that the pull-out couch was broken prior to our arrival.
