"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."
"Very interesting types of rooms. I suggest that if you are traveling with family maybe book two rooms. There is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
"What a beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and it was nice having a real coffee shop at the hotel before we did our exploring. Beautiful views from our room! "
"Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Great tube options making it very easy to get around. Direct tube from Heathrow to Covent Garden and its a short walk to hotel."
"The bed was comfortable and it was in a great location. The hotel felt very safe. The A/C was also great during those hot London days. There were a couple things that weren't perfect during my stay - not total mess ups (like some gym equipment not working, my room not getting serviced, etc.), but just tiny imperfections and Daphne at the front desk was amazing! She made me feel incredible. She had amazing service and made me want to come back. I was so impressed with her. I wasn't even complaining just talking to her and I was beyond blown away with her customer service! Would stay here again"
"Loved the amenities at the hotel (indoor pool, sauna & steam room). The fruit & flavored water in the lobby were a nice touch. The concierge were very helpful with booking transportation & tours. The buffet breakfast was delicious! Hotel was close to a lot of landmarks."
"The best service I have experience dina London Hotel in years. Staff attentive, friendly, happy and exceed expectations - both day and night staff. The rooms are a little tired and I couldn't find a safe, but the beds are super soft, clean linen, towels, bathroom, carpets, wardrobe, etc.
I asked for directiosn - they were brilliant. I lost my room key, no trouble for a replacement, I needed a taxi, sorted and even brought me a post it note out with the reg number on it.
Very easy to find, impressive lobby, excellent staff, comfy beds, clean room, great location"
