Warm welcome and easy checkin thanks to yousef on reception Room absolutely spotless bed very comfy. Staff warm and friendly. Location is spot just a very short stroll from kensington high street (2 minutes max)was temted to extend my stay but due to prior commitments i could not. Cant recomend enough and am already planning my next stay.

The decor in the hotel is a bit tired and the breakfast is not the best I've seen in a 4 star hotel. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the spa, although not the highest quality, had a great range of gym equipment, a large pool (for UK hotels) and an excellent sauna in each changing room. The steam room and jacuzzi were out of action when I stayed, but I wasn't that bothered by it since it's the post-gym sauna that I really wanted. This is my third stay, and I will definitely return.

Well placed for amenities and public transport. Staff courteous room spotless and lots of choice for breakfast. We used the spa area too although the steam room was closed and the jacuzzi could do with a refurb. The staff were very good though.
