Elevators frequently broke down. One elevator was broken during the entire stay.
Pool cost ₤5 per day and was closed frequently. Had non-hotel guests taking up half the pool.

2 rooms,11 days in June 2022. Picked this place based on the brand and location. The location was good, but the brand was meaningless.
The card keys are horrible! They rarely worked and had to be replaced daily. Given elevator problems and lines at the front desk, this was a MAJOR SOURCE OF GRIEF each and every day. We ensured the keys were kept away from sources of interference etc.
Was appalled at the restaurant service. Very busy in the mornings, but limited in what food was available. Scrambled eggs were practically floating in the tray, they were so wet. We never had breakfast there again.
The restaurant was unavailable after breakfast. Room service is advertised, but they NEVER answered the phone. I tried multiple times, over multiple days, and never got an answer. Finally had to go down to the front desk, which directed me to the lounge bar to order.
The people at the lounge bar were difficult to get attention from, and rude on multiple occasions. The room service dinner that was delivered was excellent.
