We cant rate this hotel highly enough, everything was pefect from start to finish. The corner suite was amazing with its own xmas tree and amazing views of London life, the staff and managment were amazing with personal touches throughout our stay.One Aldwich fully deserves its rating as one of Londons finest hotels.

Breakfast menu was good and had lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was there were problems with the kitchen getting us the correct order for our breakfast every morning. The room was clean and nice but quite small

The hotel was the perfect place for our Christmas stay in London. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was fantastic and atmosphere festive and lively. The room was just as we expected: spacious, clean and beautifully appointed.
