Fantastic, historic hotel in the centre of London with easy access to transport and main attractions. The dinner and breakfast options were very good and the Expedia VIP discount on food was great. A very nice, traditional English hotel.

This was my 3rd stay in this lovely hotel. Staff is wonderful and rooms are large and spacious. Beautiful and clean hotel with a great bar and a restaurant. Close to tube/train and a taxi queue outside. Will stay here again!

The start of your email asked how was my check in and the email was sent to me during our stay?! Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and all the staff at the hotel were so nice and in addition to above extremely professional and smartly dressed. We loved our stay.

The staff was amazing and wonderfully accommodating. We really appreciated the free umbrellas we were able to use during out stay since it rained the day we arrived. The hotel was decked in Christmas decorations that really helped set the mood for our holiday stay.
