"For the price the room is exactly as expected it was clean but small. Very good for a single traveller or a couple with not too many clothes (perhaps a weeks worth or less). Would recommend for people who want to be near landmarks and are only using the hotel to sleep!"

"Very expensive to eat or use facilities in the hotel. Staff were good. Room was clean. Water and coffee in room. £10.50 for a small bottle of lager in the bar. They add on service charges to everything but then also add another huge service charge at the end of the stay"

"Location of hotel suited our needs (close to Victoria Coach Station). Being on top of Victoria station (train and subway) made it noisy (sirens, loud vehicles, people giving speeches using speakers. Etc.). I presume most central London hotels have a fair bit of noise. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our "quiet" room was situated such that we had to take 2 elevators to get there. Strange. There was a small amount of mildew in the shower. The cooling/heating was quiet and effective. The Soak restaurant was pretty good. The included breakfast was OK (same offerings both days of our stay). We found the price of eating out in London crazy expensive in general. Loved the heated towel bar in the bathroom. The Hop On/Hop Off bus stop in front of the hotel was convenient for our one-day sightseeing."

"The room was clean and comfortable however the bathroom was very small and there were no suitable mirrors or lights to do hair and make up."

"Nice modern hotel. Having a kitchenette was really useful. Two modest downsides: 1. TV was mounted on wall BEHIND the bed so you can't see it! Bonkers! 2. I don't mind that housekeeping is on request. But since my room had tiny bins, minimal towels and no spare toilet roll for 3 days you basically had to request daily housekeeping anyway."

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."
