Everyone was amazing and helpful! Suzanna was so nice! I felt safe… for it being my first solo visit to London! Great location . Harry’s is right across the street! Harry’s is an Italian restaurant and bar! Victoria Station is near by and Buckingham Palace is near by as well! Got an amazing manicure too down the road!
Great value hotel for its location (right outside Victoria Station). The rooms are VERY small but spotlessly clean with good bathrooms and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we have a short trip.

So close to Victoria Station, great staff, very welcoming. 2nd time I've stayed there..love it.
The Z Victoria is in a great location , very convenient to everything, food shopping and transportation. The room was nice, extremely comfy bed. And the staff was very helpful. The space is small. Things I didn’t care for; no hair dryer, you can’t draw the window shade. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment. I’d stay again.
