    Great location, right on Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport. Stayed there during lockdown for business travel and it was great to have such good location to stay. They had partnered with testing services. so it was quite convenient to get PCR tests done. Room service was good too. One recommendation would be increase your staff at the reception as they weren't enough and had long wait lines for check-in, tests, check-out and everything else.
