The power went out all night and then there was also no hot water. When staff was notified they just said no one had hot water so I had to go across the street to get hot water in order to make a bottle for my baby.

Room ac gave out night 1 of my stay. Itchy sheets, bite marks. Portal AC was placed as a fix but it was just too noisy. Hotel has no water stations nor ice or any places to store food/beverages. First and last time there for my personal preference
