"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. "El apartamento es para dos personas, no más, a pesar de ofrecer el sofá cama apenas hay sitio para moverse. El grifo de la cocina estaba roto y ya llevaría tiempo porque el mueble inferior estaba hinchado. A pesar de que avisan del ruido y los andamios existentes por las obras, también había una mesa de servicio del bar cercano donde retiraban lo sucio y había que pasar haciendo malabares entre ella y el andamio limitando la entrada. "Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"My stay was excellent- I especially liked that my unit was clean and comfortable with a platform bed and good light (from two windows) spanning its length. The hotel is in a convenient but quiet location close to Bayswater Station (1 stop from Paddington), Queensway Station, and Notting Hill Gate Station; shops and markets are closeby if you want to cook a meal, or stock your fridge.
