"I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. "The room was decorated nicely and bed was comfortable however there was no toilet roll at all, no shower gel, just didn't involve any amenities and I can't believe toilet roll and tissues weren't included! The stay was alright, we didn't hate it but probably wouldn't go back"
