Wonderful hotel and really friendly staff. Fantastic location, very close to Victoria station, so was easy to travel around London. Lot of beautiful locations just a short walk away. The room was very clean and had enough natural light. The room size was the only downside, I had the smallest room; when they mention a single room, they really mean it.

Lovely independent owners take a personal interest in the property, breakfast service, safety. The lift in the building is much larger than most in UK. The walls are THIN due to the age of the building. Bring ear plugs. No refrigerator was inconvenient. Bed was EXCELLENT. Room was very SMALL. Thank you Nick for a lovely accommodation

It’s small hotel in a great location, staff is exceptional. Room was on the smaller side but was sufficient. They offer excellent breakfast. Despite being a few minutes from Victoria station, it’s still quiet in the evenings. Many restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to many London attractions or hop in the train. The owners and staff are all very lovely hands in people.
