The staff were superb - welcoming, warm, polite, friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were equally welcoming. I cannot rate them highly enough. My only reservation regarding the building was that the windows in my room were somewhat draughty.
The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. Staff were pleasant and efficient and delighted me with some extra help. The free continental breakfast was the best I've had at this class of hotel. Excellent coffee.
