"Please be aware you pay for everything, early check-in even if your room's not ready, £10 each bag to store it if arrived early and same if you leave bag after check out, no towels in room, no tv remote. Have stayed here many times in the past but will not use it in future."

"Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival. The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit and more. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

"Staff excellent service. Our room was clean and towels change everyday. Windows have noice cancellation, which helps with blocking city noise. We booked the room with extra space and was ideal for me and my husband. Given us space to open our luggage and room to walk to not feel cramped. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower we couldn’t adjusted. Luckily for us, was at a temperature we did like. Also, room pillows need an upgrade. Rooftop views are beautiful. However can’t comment on the restaurant didn’t try it. "
