Great hotel - perfect location

Beautiful hotel, with elegant rooms, excellent service and in a wonderful location. It was decked out for Easter, which was a special extra touch. We had drinks in their hip, but comfortable bar, and dinner in the Wild Honey Bistro. Other than a small issue with the TV in our room, which was fixed, it was a perfect stay.

We had a lovely time at the Sofitel St James. The staff was very accommodating and so just so nice. Everyone had such a positive attitude and really seemed to enjoy their job. The location is great and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Property was excellent and the shower is amazing in the room.

My stay at Sofitel London St. James was excellent. The staff were very attentive and swift in terms of my requests. And there is a staff member named Jinny who was especially helpful. She showed my family the whole hotel and even made a reservation for the dinner at the restaurant. Plus, she gave us all information about the history of the building itself.

Amazing service

It was truly amazing! First class hotel in the centre of Mayfair the staff are truly wonderful and attentive. Hotel offers such value and quality of the rooms. It’s in walking distance of everything from Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Fortnum and Masons what more can you want !
