The hotel location is super convenient, Subway station is just next door. Hotel rooms are big and clean with kitchen and dryer. Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. But just try not to stay in the accessible room. We stayed in such room for 4 days. The bath room floor is always wet because the shower room has no door so the water flows out of the shower room. Nevertheless, this is a great hotel and I would recommend to my friends.

It was a great area . Train 2min walk from hotel. Uber boat 5 min walk. Attractions all around the hotel . Restaurant in hotel had good food and service. Hotel service was excellent. Hotel room was clean.

The staff is top notch, and we enjoyed the breakfast bar every morning too! We loved the convenience of having a Tube station nearby and being in the city center!

We were extremely pleased from the moment we were greeted when we arrived to the assistance with transportation to the airport when we left. The roads were closed due to a marathon event Sunday, so we knew transportation would be limited, but they were able to assist us with no problems. Throughout the 5 days we stayed, we were always greeted with smiles and eagerness to help. The wait staff in the restaurant was amazing and the bartenders in the sapphire bar were great as well. Great atmosphere for all, if we came back to London we would most definitely stay here again!!

Excellent property!!! Staff was amazing and so helpful. The morning breakfast is a must. Location is a minute walk from Tower Hill underground which makes getting around London easy and quick. Beautiful views of Tower of London and Tower Bridge!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!
