I big shout out to Dina and RIBA for sorting out some problems that arose. Staff are incredibly helpful. Hotel is great location. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I stay here several times a month. Become a Millenium Member to get free upgrades. Fantastic place to stay.

This is an excellent world class hotel. All amenities were good. I wonder if the process of charging for early check-in when clean rooms are availbale is wiely accepted. 30£ for 2 1/2 seemed excessive.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. In the past I found the rooms looked a little tired and in need of a refresh. In this occasion I stayed in a club room which was an improvement. Also having breakfast pre-paid is an advantage during busy periods. A faulty shower hose on arrival was promptly fixed. Reception staff particularly helpful and found all staff friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms. Just need more space for suitcases in family rooms. Mohamed at the concierge was excellent in helping us book a taxi with baby car seat. He went over and beyond and compared the prices from different sources and gave us to choose from that. Thank you Mohamed
