The apartment was clean, beds and bedding were great. Londis convenience store and Tesco express nearby. Also a pub very close where food was very good (Duke of Clarence I think it was called)

Room was spacious and clean. Just a few minor issues — the towel rack, the movable shower head, and the safe weren’t functional — but the waterfall shower head was fine, and staff gave the key to use the safe manually, so there were work arounds. Venue is quite central, and within a short walk to three Tube lines, so was convenient to get to and from places.

Clean room. Close to pubs, restaurants, shops and grocery. Easy walk to the subway. Kitchen area could have a few things to make it easier to use, no dish drainer , paper towels or hand soap in the bathroom. Overall good stay.

We loved staying as a family at the Roland House. The location and amenities are unbeatable for the price we paid. We stayed in room 606, on the sixth floor. We could actually see a portion of the London Eye from our window!! Close to the tube station, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to Kensington Palace, Albert Hall, Science and Natural History museums. Amenities include free laundry (you need to buy washing detergent, fabric softeners etc), gym, jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. Will stay here definitely if we were to visit London again.

Great little place to stay

Very friendly and extremely polite at check in, we have 2 rooms booked with no prior request to be near one another and they allocated next door rooms without having to ask. The rooms were basic, but had everything we needed and was clean. Bed was comfortable, and shower was good. Perfect accommodation especially for the price.

The rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing both comfort and practicality. The spa facilities were warm, clean, and very enjoyable, offering a truly relaxing experience. However, the corridors tended to be quite noisy in the morning, with doors frequently slamming, which slightly affected the overall tranquility of the stay. Despite this, it was a pleasant experience overall.

I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful.

We enjoyed rhe apartment. It was big and clean. We would change the sofa that had a lot of dirt and stains. There was not water or soft drink olin the friedge and this could be a bad selling point. The staff on the desk at night were quite rude. Not even a goodnight when we went in.
