My mom stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! Her studio was spacious and nicely decorated. The property is so thoughtfully arranged and had everything needed. Everyone was lovely and she really loved the laundry room and breakfast. Fresh fruit in the foyer was a great treat, too!

A cute high street near by, Regent’s park for walks and you can walk trough the park to Marylebone and other places. A terrific team who is very attentive and helpful. Second stay, and counting!

A nice room with lots of good little details. My room was on the front of the building so it was a bit loud, especially with the couple fighting on a Friday night, but I don't blame the property, might just request a different room!

Lovely flat in a beautiful neighborhood. Staying there is like having your own place in one of central London’ poshest areas. But unlike short term rentals, it has staff on site to assist you, and complimentary breakfast too!

This is a nice, well equipped guest house, not really a hotel. Great location near Regent Park in Primrose Hiĺl. Lots of restaurants, Pubs and shopping walkable. 15-20 minute walk to the Underground Station. Breakfast is included and pretty good. We had a loft room which has very steep and high stairs to the bed. Would be dangerous for unfit people.

Great London find!

A beautiful boutique guesthouse in a great location. Studio apartments are small but perfectly formed. Stayed 2 nights and it felt like a home from home! Complimentary wine on Friday evening was lovely as was the breakfast offering in the morning.

Apartment was comfortable, clean and charming in a historic townhouse, across from a beautiful old church in an elegant residential neighborhood—couldn’t be lovelier! Very walkable with shops and cafes a few blocks away. Such a wonderful experience!

Great neighborhood, and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was a major plus. Food was healthy and well stocked, making for a great way to start the day. The staff were very friendly, but not easy to find. It feels like a cross between a hotel and an Airbnb. The bathroom was definitely small, and air circulation poor due to no bathroom/shower vent. Opening windows was the only way to get fresh air which is fine, but bugs end up in the room and that was another thing to deal with.

We lived our stay at Mason&Fifth Primrose Hill. The are is super cute and convenient, easy to get around and very walkable. The only issue was our bathroom was not working properly and even with maintenance team coming to fix it we still had to keep using the common bathroom close to our room apart from that our room was spacious and had everything else we need it. The staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again!

Amazing stay in the heart of London!!

We had a lovely time at the Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and I loved how flexible they are to accomodate guests. Their studios are prepared with a lot of care and they pay attention to every little detail. They were prompt in response to our every need, and we won't go anywhere else for future stays.
