I was very pleased with my stay here. Although i had a small room (as others have mentioned), it had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was excellent (it was very hot when I was visiting). The staff was friendly and helpful. And they have a nice little coffee & pastry bar in the lobby area. Location is excellent and the keyless entry was easy to use. I would definitely visit here again in the future.

The Bob W in Hyde Park suited our needs. It’s in a great location close to transportation and restaurants. The rooms are quite small so be prepared. And not a lot of hangars to hang clothes up. It has AC which was nice because London was hot this summer. The people running the hotel are super nice. It would be nice if we received more than one cleaning in the two weeks we stayed.

It’s a small room, but the bed is good. The bathroom is clean and the shower has good pressure. They’re basically just cabins but it’s clean and nobody bothers you and it’s easy to get around the city. I would stay here again.

I stayed at the Bob Hyde Park for 2 nights solo at the end of a Euro trip and I LOVED it. The room was clean and new and had everything you could need while travelling. The check in process was incredibly smooth, and I appreciated the ability to drop off luggage early even without a front desk - though there was someone there to greet me. The amenities were great, the location was perfect (close to many transit options), I was actually sad not to be able to stay for more nights! I’d absolutely recommend and would go back in the future!

I arrived early and they did their best to accommodate and provide a room as soon as possible. The staff is extremely friendly and the room was spotless. The hotel is in a great area that felt very safe. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Bob W London Hyde Park. When the safe in my room stopped working, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they managed to open it safely. I truly appreciated their warm support. Please note that there is no fridge in the room and that cleaning during your stay costs extra. However, I support the hotel’s eco-friendly approach and appreciated the way it operates without unnecessary waste. The breakfast options at both partner restaurants were delicious, and I really enjoyed the English breakfasts. I had a fantastic time in London and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely 1st class property and staff! From the messages you receive prior, to the check in process, to the warm welcome, the flexibility and positive attitude - I can’t fault anything! The area is lovely, very safe, great pub and Greek food on the door step. Padding station 15 mins walk away, gorgeous high street with thrift stores, beauticians and florists - I honestly was so sad to leave!! This place is a little treasure, and Dixie was so lovely and helpful! BIG shout out to her for making my stay extra special :) I am already planning my next visit and know exactly where I’ll be staying!!! The Henry Hotel!! Bravo! Ps AC is wicked, exactly what you need during summer in London!
