Was in London for a quick getaway. Perfect location for walking to eateries and shops in different neighborhoods. Also near the tube and stops for the tourist bus vendors like Hop On Hop Off. Both the room and common areas were really clean and the staff on site were super helpful.

Amazing stay! The room was small, but very clean and organized. The location was great for a solo traveler and felt safe. It is also about a 10 minute walk to Paddington Station, which was easy to get from the airport and back. There’s a tube and bus station nearby, so easy access to transportation and getting around the city. I would stay here again!!

Excellent stay! Very clean hotel and helpful staff.I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained throughout my entire visit.A special thanks to Mohand and others at the front desk, who was very helpful, polite, and welcoming during check-in. Great service makes a huge difference, and I would definitely stay here again!

We were greeted by very friendly staff and enjoyed them throughout our day. They had a sweet little coffee shop right in the lobby. Our room was clean and efficient. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Loved the location and felt very safe.

The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!

Great location, very comfortable, clean room with a good size bathroom. Air conditioning in the room was great. We got good coffee from the onsite cafe and found the luggage room very handy. It was our second visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The hotel location in the Hyde Park neighborhood is a plus with many amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, markets and a huge park in a walkable distance. Also, the access to public transportation is close by. The customer service from the hotel staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, it is equipped with AC , which makes it very comfortable during this summer time.

The hotel was located in a very nice & safe neighborhood. The room depending on what you chose was sufficient for our needs. Our stay was short so we booked a basic room & it was good enough for our stay. No complaints. Very close to many of the sightseeing areas. A 3 min walk to the hop on hop off bus stop, etc. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
