We always enjoy our stay at the Stafford and we look at to the excellent service and lovely food. As always everything lived up to expectations, and especially the wonderful breakfast, served by Alberto, who made sure everything was perfect. It is always a pleasure to see Luca and his team, who are so helpful and positive, nothing is too much trouble and this is why we keep coming back to the Stafford. The Stafford is beautiful, classically British feeling, and staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Great location with easy access to Green Park tube station through a passage way across the street. Minor inconvenience is the bathroom has very little counter space / room for toiletries, but I find this is common in European hotels, and easily remedied if I had remembered a hanging toiletry case!

The staff were incredible and made you feel like royalty. I cannot commend this hotel enough for the professionalism and attention to detail of their staff. The property is wonderfully located to many places of interest and all were within a short walking distance. My only complaint is that we were unable to stay there longer. If you are traveling to London, you must make this hotel your stay. It will make your visit that much more enjoyable and extraordinary.

If you are planning a Christmas trip, I promise you, this is where you want to stay! There was even a little Christmas tree in our beautiful room. Staff are so helpful and friendly. This was our second visit to this property and there was a bottle of champagne in our room when we checked in. Lovely place to stay, best location in London
