This hotel was really conveniently located. We were able to walk to the theatre, restaurants, tours, trains and the tube. Not a luxury hotel by any means but very adequate for our stay. I would book again.
Excellent location near Victoria Station...great for families!...we took a tour on our cruise arrival to Southampton which return us to the Victoria station, 3 minute walk, saving in rides!
Great hotel with friendly staff very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean with great shower .will definitely stay again whrn in london
Hotel is situated close to many bus tour departure points, including Evan Evans tours, Harry Potter tours. Also. Walking distance to Westminister Abbey and Big Ben and Victoria Station. Small but functional rooms and A/C worked.
Very convenient location (situated just 5 mins walking distance from Victoria Station & bus stops). Rooms are clean & spacious enough to stay. Breakfast provided at 10 GBP per person extra, but plenty of eating places around so can consider to opt out. The staff members are courteous and friendly. Will stay here again in my future visits.
Conveniently located, staff were all polite and did best they could with things. Rooms a tad on the small side, but ok for short stays (was there for a few before heading to Brighton)
It was a fab location ... the rooms for family was basic but everything you needed for a stay ans such good value for money. It really is a super hotel for breaks in central london
