Fantastic location for arriving at Terminal 3 Heathrow. Quiet air conditioned room . No windows in room but not necessary for one night. Good service . Bit pricy but worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived at the hotel quite late after losing all of our luggage due to the major chaos at Heathrow Airport on September 8. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided us with all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. The service was very good, especially when we needed assistance. The hotel is small but very conveniently located in Terminal 2, which made it a great choice given our situation. Overall, we really appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location.

This is our third stay at the Heathrow Aerotel. The rooms are space-efficient, but that doesn't mean they skimp on amenities. You can make yourself tea and coffee, and they have fluffy, full-size towels in the bathroom with a fabulous rain shower head. The rooms are very quiet - you can't hear any air traffic at all. And once you know where they are located it's super convenient.

The location cannot be beat, the room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay. Not having luggage storage for early arrivals and the advertised breakfast was not really a breakfast but was a paper bag that had a few items. When you think of breakfast you think of at least a continental breakfast with some cereal or a nice hot breakfast. The breakfast and lack of luggage storage let this hotel down and prevent it from being a great hotel.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent. Room was perfectly adequate for 1 night - perhaps best described as a box with no windows. Bed was comfortable and shower was quite powerful. Nice towels, shower gel and shampoo. Again, bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. Good A/C.
