Loved the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in. Everyone was very friendly, and we got our rooms very early due to availability. Breakfast buffet was a good value. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The team at the restaurant was amazing. The location of this hotel was ideal as it was very close to the train station and getting around was very easy. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel! The staff was wonderful! Also, the bar and restaurant were nice. Try to get a room on the back of the hotel if you are on a low floor. It's noisy! That's the price for being so incredibly close to all the transportation options! It made visiting London sites a breeze. Very walkable and literally you are across the street from the tube and bus depo for both public and tour buses.

I lived in this area of London when the hotel was being built. It's a great addition to the area with rooms the right size, good amenities and close to everything. The staff were wonderful. We actually liked the view of the Victoria Station Yards, too.
