Amazing hotel great if you going to see a show, as the theatres are opposite the hotel, everything in the hotel and rooms was done to such a high spec, just the one negative was there were so many homeless people hanging around made you feel on edge.

New property, located a short walking distance from Victoria station, almost opposite Wicked. Loads of great food and breakfast options within a really short walk from the hotel. Room was new, super clean. Small kitchen was a great addition. We had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the street but it was super quiet. Great stay, would definitely stay again

A brand new property that was amazing value for money. Rooms are so spacious for such a convenient location, and the little kitchen, which we didn’t use, looked to have everything you’d need for cooking. Breakfast the next morning was high quality and tasty. Only improvement would be the gym which was a bit empty and soulless.

What a charming spot to spend time exploring London; located near multiple public transportation options, restaurants, and shops, The July was quiet, clean, and modern. The staff was helpful—even when dealing with infrastructure issues that was completely out of their control. Another visit to London and The July is at the top of the list, hearing they have spots in other cities is also enticing! Cons: no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer and no mirror close enough either, let alone one close enough to do hair or make up.

Hotel is almost brand new. Less than a 5 minute walk to Victoria Train/Underground station so very convenient to public transportation. Cardinal Place shopping mall is about a 5 minute walk away as well. Plenty of shopping and dining options there. A few shops and Asian restaurants right outside the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was great also, although as a suggestion it would be great for them to get paper takeaway cups for coffee and takeaway containers for food. The area seems a bit up-and-coming and there were many homeless hanging around the area; there may be a shelter nearby and a few were a bit aggressive, my wife was not comfortable once and ducked into a tourist shop for a bit, otherwise a nice area. Had the air conditioning fail in our room during our stay and the staff did a great job fixing it. Overall a great stay, beautiful hotel, friendly staff and convenient to dining and transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - close to Victoria underground and train station, walkable to many dining options and shops. Rooms were well equiped for cooking own meals but it’d be great to offer guests a small sponge and dish detergent to hand wash dishes rather than only the dish washer. The July only had opened 2 weeks prior to us checking in, so it was a fresh new clean accomodation. The gym was simple but also had a sign it was in the process of adding more equipment. Sauna/wellness area was really clean and calm. The reception was kind and let us use this area to change before checking in after our 36 hour journey to London. Being a gold expedia status, we didn’t receive the free room upgrade but did have an hour extra for late check out. It was quiet and at times felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Overall, really nice stay, room was clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic location and we’d stay again!
