Holidays in Echuca

As others have said, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC - marks on walls, some areas where there were deep scratches into the wall structure, soap scum still visible in the bathroom, shower corners had mould growth, dust accumulation around bottom areas of structures such as tables and beds. There was also no clear structure of how housekeeping works - despite the property rules stating that they will clean the rooms once a week, I had housekeeping provide change of towels 4 times in the first week, twice in the second week and nothing after that in my month long stay there. I don't feel the bedsheets were ever changed in my 30 day stay, and towards the end I had to request for more shower amenities because housekeeping had not returned since the second week of my 4 week stay.

The toilet was not clean when we arrived and there was no way of turning on the heating as we could not find the remote control.

Great property. Clean and well maintained. Only issue was the fridge was a bit noisy!

Delighted with how clean the room was. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I really appreciated the driver taking me to and from the local shopping centre. I also like the easy option of pushing s button to order a cab after hours.
