“Very nice hotel, very good staff”

Being on foot, it was difficult for me to find the hotel at first, thanks to the unusual method the Japanese use to give addresses. However once there, I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The staff speak excellent English, as well as other western languages (French for sure, and I think I heard German as well). The rooms are very tidy, and they provide slippers any yukata (lounging robe) in every room. The mini-bars in room are not the annoying, computer-controlled, auto charge type, but rather small refrigerators that you can use if you have small items you need to keep chilled. The bed and bedding were quite comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if my plans called for me to be in the Ginza area.

“Excellent service”

I can't say enough good about the front-desk staff at this hotel. From helping us arrange for taxis to identifying which subway train to take to calling the taxi company to retrieve the iPod my daughter left behind, everyone we worked with was helpful, courteous and professional in every way. We booked three rooms for me and my family. All were well-maintained and had excellent air conditioning. The laundry service was prompt and returned when they said it would, if a little pricey (though probably not for Tokyo). I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or family travel.

“Excellent value and location”

This is a great hotel - the location is right in the middle of Ginza, Tokyo's Bond Street, and it offers excellent value. Everything is immaculately kept and the staff are friendly and speak excellent English (not a given in Japan). The rooms are not huge but perfectly adequate with good bathrooms. The brasserie is very good, if lacking atmosphere, but good for comfort food when you're jet lagged. Breakfast buffet is good but expensive. No wi-fi but free cable internet access. If you need a hotel for important meetings then you can find more impressive ones but I've stayed 5 times now and it's consistently good.

“Large rooms for Tokyo”

Clean, efficient, etc. with no problems. The only special note that I have is that the rooms are very large by Tokyo standards for the price. Room size was more like a European standard, than Japan, but much smaller than USA standards.

“Great hotle”

This hotel is in a great location , walking distance to several train stations. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were very helpful with some of our enquires and getting directions etc. I would probably try a different area of Tokyo next time, just to have a different experience, but I would recommend this hotel. It is next to maccas if you just need something easy.

“Book this hotel - you will not be disappointed!”

Absolutely fantastic location behind the busy and posh shopping district of Ginza. Excellent transport links nearby and there's even a metro station in the basement of the hotel. The front desk staff are extremely helpful for directions, bookings and general questions. Most speak English fluently. Although the downstairs lobby smells like cigarette smoke our non-smoking room was completely smoke-free. Good tea and coffee making facilities, robes and clean bathroom. Closet space. If we went to Tokyo again we would definitely stay at this hotel. It's the perfect base for sightseeing and getting around the city.

“Bargain in Tokyo”

This is a real find. A wonderful, quiet hotel, great location in the Ginza near Subway stations, friendly and helpful staff and excellent prices. I've stayed in two other Ginza neighborhood hotels during a recent trip to Japan and this was the best.
